Chief Executive Officer
Aor started out as personal assistant to the CEO at Thaicom and Accenture. With over 15 years experience in handling VIP customers she was then chosen to be the first Head of Member Assistance at Quintessentially Thailand. Aor is one of the founders of The Black Tie Service. At The Black Tie Service, Aor takes charge of marketing and client relations.
JAKKAPAN RATTANAPET (KENG)
Graduated from Payap University with a degree in International Hospitality Management. With over 10 years in the hospitality and concierge business, Keng is extremely focused on personalised service and customer retention. With his role as Managing Director, Keng managed the business of service, sales and marketing.
Assistant Client Relation Manager
After graduating in Communication Arts (Public Relation Majors) from Burapha University. She starts her career at Telecom Asia company since 15 years ago as a call center. Followed by experience at Orange, Hutchison and International SOS. Koy is in charge of Assistant Client Relation Manager at The Black Tie Service.
WARINYA PHROEDPHRING (KOOK)
Business Development Manager
Kook graduated from Naresuan University in Hospitality Management. She started her career at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, USA, followed by experience at Quintessentially Thailand. She was then chosen to be the assistant of a popular TV host named Woody. Kook is in charge of all sales and business development of The Black Tie Services’ in Thailand.
