Graduated International Hospitality Management from Payap University. With over 10 years in Hospitality and concierge business, Keng has spent more of his career in Concierge and lifestyle service. With his specialized in personalized service and Customer retention brought him to understand what client need. With the role of General Manager at the Black Tie Service, he has to look over both service and marketing.

Ratchaneekorn graduated in financing from Sriprathum University and recently a candidate for MA (Communication) at Bangkok University. She’s experienced in call center operations boasts over 15 years with such companies as Orange, Hutchison, and as Operations Manager with International SOS for nine years. Black Tie Service Company looks forward to a long and rewarding experience with Ratchaneekorn and her well-trained and amiable staff.
LINDA S. RIBIERE
After graduated from Silpakorn University, Linda has been exposed to multicultural company with over past 10 years from Airline to Hospitality business. Now with the new challenge begin at The Black Tie Service, she focuses on corporate privilege program, redemption program and exclusive client experience.
Graduated from Eastern Asia University, Major in Tourism Management. After graduation, Started Working at All seasons Bangkok Hua-mak from Reservation Officer and last position was Assistant Reservation Manager. Moreover three year experience working work as Secretary to General Manger at Northgate Ratchayothin.

Punncharus graduated in Communication Arts Major from Burapha University. After graduation ,she started work at TA Orange Company as customer service excecutive and she has more than 10 years of experience in service industry such as mobile operator,hotel ,spa, production house and global lifestyle concierge business.
