Graduated International Hospitality Management from Payap University. With over 10 years in Hospitality and concierge business, Keng has spent more of his career in Concierge and lifestyle service. With his specialized in personalized service and Customer retention brought him to understand what client need. With the role of General Manager at the Black Tie Service, he has to look over both service and marketing.

Ratchaneekorn graduated in financing from Sriprathum University and recently a candidate for MA (Communication) at Bangkok University. She’s experienced in call center operations boasts over 15 years with such companies as Orange, Hutchison, and as Operations Manager with International SOS for nine years. And now she has been welcomed by Black Tie as Business Development Manager.
