Responsibilities: 

We are a provider of concierge & and Loyalty program to key target client segments. A key success factor is to have the right network of suppliers and partners which can support various customer programs and experiential offerings to enhance and differentiate the service offering of BLACK TIE to it clients.  

  • Develop new products and service to match with client’s requirement 
  • Manage on-going relationships with identified service partners 
  • Create new campaign to support Black Tie’s client projects  
  • Develop a cohesive approach to the creation and management of a vendor / partner network to support the Black Tie Service Business.  
  • Develop custom benefits, events, promotions, special offers, rewards and experiential offerings which the clients can promote to their customers to enhance their brand awareness and drive utilization of their products and services. Achieve revenue target for partnership development 
  • Develop and manage a partner quality control and feedback process to ensure that we are meeting clients’ needs and leading a competitive edge in the industry 
  • Work co-operatively with other Service Delivery and Partnership Development teams regionally to establish partnerships which can leverage the Group and our clients’ regional presence 

 

Qualifications:  

  • University graduate 
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in managing external vendor / partner relationships in brand management, Hospitalit, Concierge business.  
  • Experience in managing high-end, luxury events an advantage. 
  • Demonstrates hands-on planning and project management skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detailed-oriented, creative and multi-tasked. 
  • Able to work independently under pressure. 
  • Excellent in written and spoken English and Thai (TOEIC 600 is required)  
  • International graduate and International experience is a PLUS.  
  • Worked in Loyalty program business is preferable.
